GIGABYTE Introduces Four New OLED Gaming Monitors With HyperNits Technology at CES 2026

GIGABYTE, one of the world’s leading computer hardware brands, has officially unveiled four new OLED gaming monitor models at CES 2026, marking a major step forward in OLED display performance. This new lineup focuses on pushing OLED panels beyond their traditional limits through advanced tuning for both HDR and SDR modes, delivering sharper visuals, improved realism, and greater control over image detail compared to conventional gaming monitors.

HyperNits Technology Boosts HDR Brightness by Up to 30 Percent

The standout feature across the new lineup is HyperNits technology, developed to address a common issue with HDR content on OLED displays, which often appears darker due to brightness limitations. HyperNits uses a proprietary algorithm to intelligently enhance brightness while preserving highlight details, resulting in HDR brightness improvements of up to 30 percent.

Users can choose between HyperNits High mode for maximum brightness or HyperNits Medium, which delivers around a 20 percent brightness increase, making it ideal for low-light environments while maintaining visual balance.

AI Picture Mode Enhances SDR Content Automatically

For everyday SDR usage, GIGABYTE introduces AI Picture Mode, an intelligent system trained on extensive datasets to automatically select the most suitable display settings based on user activity. The system can lower brightness and blue light output during productivity tasks, enhance contrast for a cinematic viewing experience, or activate AI Black Equalizer to improve enemy visibility in dark scenes when playing FPS games.

This adaptive approach ensures optimal image quality without requiring manual adjustments, enhancing comfort and performance across different use cases.

Tactical Gaming Features Remain a Core Strength

Beyond image quality, the new OLED monitors continue GIGABYTE’s signature Tactical Features. These include Tactical Switch 2.0, allowing gamers to instantly switch resolutions and aspect ratios such as 4:3 or 5:4 with a single button press, offering flexibility for competitive esports titles.

Additionally, the Ultra Clear feature helps reduce motion blur during fast-paced gameplay, ensuring smoother visuals and reduced eye strain during extended gaming sessions.

New OLED Lineup Highlights and Model Details

The new OLED lineup includes several standout models, led by the QD-OLED MO34WQC36, an ultra-wide curved display, and the MO32U24, a 4K OLED monitor equipped with the latest ObsidianShield film. This new protective film enhances perceived black levels by up to 40 percent and increases scratch resistance by 2.5 times compared to previous generations, offering greater durability for long-term use.

The MO34WQC36 also features an improved subpixel structure that significantly enhances text clarity. Meanwhile, the MO27Q28GR adopts fourth-generation WOLED technology, delivering excellent black levels even in brightly lit environments. For users focused on desk aesthetics, the MO27Q2A introduces a new ICE white color option, combining premium visual appeal with high-performance display capabilities.

With this new OLED lineup, GIGABYTE reinforces its commitment to innovation, delivering brighter HDR, smarter AI-driven visuals, and competitive gaming features designed for both enthusiasts and professional gamers across the SEA Region and beyond.
