Daigo Dojima, the sixth chairman of the Tojo Clan
Daigo Dojima stands as one of the most important figures in the Yakuza series. As the biological son of Sohei Dojima, a former patriarch who once commanded Kazuma Kiryu’s loyalty, Daigo grew up under Kiryu’s guidance. Even as an adult, he continues to respect Kiryu deeply.
After his father’s death, Daigo distanced himself from the yakuza world and fell into a rebellious phase. However, escalating conflict with the Omi Alliance forced Kiryu to nominate him as the sixth chairman of the Tojo Clan. As a result, Daigo assumed leadership at a young age, carrying a heavy burden while pushing forward without hesitation.

In Dark Ties, Daigo’s characterization expands further. As the young sixth chairman, he faces the challenge of leading a massive organization despite limited experience. While his presence commands respect, his honest and unpretentious nature remains unchanged.

Release details
Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties launched on February 12, 2026. It is available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch 2, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. Xbox Series X|S and PC versions, along with the Deluxe Edition, are available in digital format only. The game supports English subtitles with Japanese voice acting.
